Aylyn Martinez
Registered Nurse, RN-BSN | Founder & CEO
With more than 15 years of nursing experience, Aylyn has built a diverse clinical background spanning cardiovascular care, orthopedics, post–open heart and transplant care, case management, utilization review, and claims auditing.
The vision for Wellness Life MedSpa grew from Aylyn’s own personal health and weight-loss journey. Through that experience, she recognized the importance of looking beyond the number on the scale and taking a more comprehensive approach to wellness. This inspired her to create a supportive environment where patients can explore weight management alongside nutrition, exercise, hydration, supplementation, recovery, and overall well-being.
Aylyn is currently continuing her education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, further expanding the clinical knowledge and expertise she brings to Wellness Life MedSpa. Her professional experience, combined with her personal journey, continues to shape the mission and patient-centered philosophy behind the practice.

Maritza Izquierdo, ARNP
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner | Aesthetic Injector
Maritza Izquierdo, ARNP, is an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetic medicine, wellness, and helping patients feel confident in their own skin.
As an aesthetic injector, Maritza takes a personalized and natural approach to every treatment. She believes aesthetic medicine should enhance each patient’s individual features rather than change what makes them unique. Her focus is on creating balanced, refreshed, and natural-looking results while maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout the treatment process.
Maritza provides personalized consultations and aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, facial rejuvenation, and other medically guided aesthetic and wellness services.
Her warm and attentive approach helps patients feel comfortable discussing their goals and developing a treatment plan tailored specifically to their needs.

Naara Ortiz, NP
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner | Aesthetic Injector
Naara Ortiz, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background in emergency medicine, cardiology, weight management, metabolic health, wellness, and aesthetics.
Naara is passionate about combining medical expertise with a personalized, patient-centered approach to help individuals feel healthier, more confident, and like the best version of themselves. She believes that wellness and aesthetics go hand in hand and that achieving meaningful results begins with understanding each patient’s unique goals, lifestyle, and overall health.
Her approach focuses on creating individualized treatment plans designed to support both internal wellness and natural-looking aesthetic results. With an emphasis on education, safety, and thoughtful care, Naara works closely with each patient to develop solutions that complement their needs while supporting long-term health and confidence.
